OnSite Dermatology PA/NP - Part Time
About The Position
OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience for a part-time, 3-day/week position serving communities in Lexington, MA. The role involves providing mobile dermatology services to seniors in retirement communities and nursing homes, focusing on the detection and treatment of various skin conditions, including pre-cancers and cancerous growths. This position offers the opportunity to work with an established patient base and make a significant impact by diagnosing untreated skin cancers in a vulnerable population. OnSite Dermatology is a growing national practice with a proven business model, offering more autonomy than traditional settings and a fully staffed back office for administrative support. A cloud-based, dermatology-specific EMR will be utilized.
Requirements
- 1-year medical dermatology experience required
- Valid state PA or NP License
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders.
- Conduct full body skin exams.
- Perform biopsies.
- Perform cryotherapy.
- Perform ED&C (Electrocautery and Curettage).
