OnSite Dermatology PA/NP - Part Time
About The Position
OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience for a part-time position, one day per week, serving the Orlando communities. This role involves providing mobile dermatology services to seniors in retirement communities and nursing homes, focusing on the detection and treatment of various skin conditions including pre-cancers, cancerous growths, inflammation, scaling, infections, and other skin discomforts. The position offers an established patient base and is medically oriented, aiming to diagnose untreated skin cancers and save lives within a vulnerable, underserved patient population. The company is a national, fast-growing mobile dermatology practice with a proven business model, offering more autonomy than traditional settings and a fully staffed back office for administrative support, including appointment management, insurance verification, and billing. A cloud-based, dermatology-specific EMR system is utilized.
Requirements
- 1-year medical dermatology experience required
- Valid state PA or NP License
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Physical assessments, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders.
- Perform full body skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy and ED&C.
