About the position

The Physician Assistant is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries as part of the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) care delivery model in a Family Medicine setting; provides comprehensive, outpatient medical services for individuals and families on a continuing basis; and may, at certain locations, provide a continuum of care into inpatient and/or residential settings. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program of Physician Assistants
  • Certified by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners as a Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a community health center or rural health setting preferred but not required
  • Must be licensed in the State of Nevada

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language proficiency helpful but not required
