About the position
We are hiring an Inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant at Frazier Rehab Institute! This position is located at 220 Abraham Flexner Way, Louisville, KY 40202 (downtown location) and is specific to PRN (as needed) work.
Responsibilities
- Reports to physical therapist when re-evaluations are needed and or changes in patient status.
- Delegates tasks and duties as indicated.
- Performs documentation per policy and procedures (progress notes, discharge summary, and multi-disciplinary education and treatment plan forms).
Requirements
- PTA Licensure in practicing State
- Associates as Physical Therapy Assistant
Nice-to-haves
- Physical Therapy Assistant or Rehab experience
