About the position

Agape Physical Therapy, voted Hartford Magazine's "BEST" 9 years in a row, is seeking a Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinics in either or both Rising Sun, Maryland and Darlington, Maryland. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall leadership and operation of outpatient clinics in Rising Sun and Darlington, Maryland.
• Provide outstanding one-on-one patient care.
• Supervise both clinical and office staff.
• Ensure compliance with APTA standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for patients.
• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Current state of Maryland license and CPR certification.
• Exercise and manual based skills, McKenzie skilled, and sports rehab experience.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
