About the position

SERC, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Topeka, KS! The SW Topeka Clinic is adding a Physical Therapist to support growth within the clinic, with an average of 10-12 patients per day. Aquatic Therapy opportunities are available, and the role involves working collaboratively with a Physical Therapist Assistant, treating a wide variety of diagnoses. Upstream Rehabilitation is a network of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, offering various educational training through mentorship or residency programs, paths to ownership, and opportunities to make an impact on the community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
  • Connect with patients and clinical team members within the organization.
  • Deliver the highest quality care and meet standards of clinical excellence.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current or pending state licensure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a variety of physical therapy techniques such as Active Release Technique, Dry Needling, and Manual Therapy.
  • Interest in leadership development and mentoring.
