About The Position
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in San Carlos, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, in an outpatient clinic setting.
Requirements
- Active Arizona PT License
- BLS Certification
- 5+ to 7 years experience
- Master's Degree
Nice To Haves
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
