Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility.
- Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary.
- Maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews.
