About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one home health services in Beltsville, Silver Spring, Laurel, Greenbelt, Bowie, College Park, Hyattsville, and surrounding Prince George’s and Montgomery County communities. If you’re ready to step away from rigid schedules and productivity pressure and spend more quality time helping patients regain strength, balance, and independence, we’d love to talk.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
