About The Position
Therapeutic Associates Hazel Dell Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team. As a PT-owned organization, they are committed to supporting clinicians in providing the highest quality patient care through focused 1:1 patient care, realistic productivity goals, AI-supported charting, strong continuing education support, and opportunities to deepen or expand specialty areas. The clinic offers a structured environment with private treatment rooms and a dedicated gym, moving into a larger space with a huge gym designed for athletes and quiet treatment rooms. They value mentorship, collaboration, and professional development, with opportunities to build specialty skills in TMD or pelvic floor. Clinicians have advanced into leadership, residency, and specialty roles, and there are chances to mentor students. The team also participates in community events. Patients include youth athletes, concussion cases, TMD, EDS, and work comp patients. The clinic provides flexibility to shape caseloads based on interests and expertise. Therapeutic Associates also offers industry-leading programs for new graduates, including a two-year PT Cohort Program with collaborative learning and curated mentorship, and a structured, purpose-driven mentorship program with 48 hours of 1:1 time with seasoned Physical Therapists. They also offer an APTA Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program with a full salary, OCS Board Certification Exam support, COMT certification, and mentorship. Requirements
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
- Commitment to top quality patient care.
- Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
- Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).
- Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
- Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
- Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
- Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
