About the position

Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is looking for a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Sumter, South Carolina. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the treatment process to empower them in their recovery.
• Participate in community engagement through volunteering and philanthropy activities.
• Attend company-sponsored continuing education events and in-service presentations.

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state South Carolina license.
• CPR certification.
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Responsible individual with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Leadership training or interest in clinical director roles.
