About the position

Agape Physical Therapy, voted Hartford Magazine's "BEST" 9 years in a row, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Bel Air, Maryland. We welcome experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates to apply. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $95,000, along with an up to $15,000 sign-on bonus program for eligible qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care and communication skills while multitasking to ensure an exceptional experience for all clinic visitors.
• Market the clinic by networking and visiting physician offices.
• Participate in clinic mentorship and support professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Current state of Maryland license and CPR certification.
• Exercise and manual based skills, McKenzie skilled, and sports rehab experience.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
