About The Position

RET Physical Therapy and Healthcare Specialists is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Technician to join their team in Lynnwood, Washington. This role is part of the Confluent Health family, which aims to transform healthcare by developing effective clinicians and providing them with career development pathways. The technician will support physical therapists in preparing patients for treatment, setting up equipment, maintaining treatment areas, and ensuring patients are safely and comfortably set up with modalities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
