Responsibilities

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using Therapy Source.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in patient care.
• Instruct and counsel patients and their families as needed.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in physical therapy is preferred but not required.
• Interest in treating pelvic health conditions, including pregnancy/postpartum and chronic pelvic pain.
