Responsibilities
- Evaluate homebound patients referred for physical therapy.

- Deliver and delegate services to address physical dysfunction or pain.
- Utilize evaluation skills to assess strength, motor control, joint mobility, and other functional abilities.
- Apply therapeutic techniques and procedures to maximize patient independence.
Requirements
- PT experience required.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (BS degree or entry-level master's degree).
- Active Connecticut PT license.
- CPR certification required at the time of start.
