As a Physical Therapist (PT) for Interim HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their strength and mobility through personalized therapy. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care in various settings, including nursing homes and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, or functionality in various healthcare facilities.
• Work collaboratively with a team of Nurses, LNA's, PT's, OT's, and SLP's to ensure excellent patient care.
• Conduct assessments, document patient progress, and determine necessary modifications to therapy services.
• Assist patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on established goals, exercises, and self-care to ensure progress.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of physical therapy experience.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Good clinical judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
