About The Position

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Master's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • D.P.T. From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License
  • Washington Physical Therapist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • License in states wherever care is delivered
