About the position
ECU Health Medical Center, one of four academic medical centers in North Carolina, is the 974-bed flagship hospital for ECU Health and serves as the primary teaching hospital for The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. ECU Health Medical Center has achieved Magnet designation twice and provides acute and intermediate care, rehabilitation and outpatient health services to a 29-county region that is home to more than 1.4 million people. Provides direct patient care by evaluation and treatment in patient population served according to age and condition. Actively seeks to improve knowledge and skills of self and others. Provides appropriate leadership. Meets competency requirements. Will also be involved in team dynamics and participate in interdisciplinary activities when appropriate.

Requirements
- Graduation with Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree from an APTA Accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Less than three years of licensure.
- Current valid license or eligible for licensure for Physical Therapy by The North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
