About the position

Tender Touch Rehab is seeking a passionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to medical orders, and delivering quality rehabilitation services across various settings. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
• Complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable.

• Experience in various work settings such as outpatient, rehabilitation center, long-term care, inpatient, clinic, nursing home, and acute care.
