About the position

At Therapeutic Associates, we do things a little differently. Here are a few additional ways we set ourselves apart from others in the industry: Owned by Physical Therapists. Our company is owned and operated by physical therapists, which means patient care is always prioritized over profit. This commitment ensures that you can focus on what you do best - delivering high-quality care to your patients. We believe in investing in our employees and their future. Our career path includes the opportunity to become a shareholder in the company, allowing you to have a direct impact on the direction and success of our organization. Our mentorship program is designed to provide unparalleled support and growth opportunities. Participants receive 80 hours of one-on-one time with a seasoned physical therapist who has been highly trained to mentor others. This hands-on guidance will help you develop your skills and advance your career. Residents in our program receive the full regular salary, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your dedication and hard work. If you choose to stay with our company for 2 years after completing the residency, the program is entirely free. Upon successful completion of the residency, you will earn both the COMT and OCS certifications, significantly enhancing your professional credentials. We offer a cohort program that provides detailed training on how to run a business. This program equips you with the knowledge, skills and support needed to manage and grow your successful practice, preparing you for future leadership roles within our company. Opportunity to work within a care team that provides support, where you can ask questions and learn from your peers both within individual clinics and across the organization.
