Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical operations of the physical therapy department.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor and support clinical staff in their professional development.
• Promote clinic services and engage in marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Mississippi license and CPR certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively.
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success.
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach.
