Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
• Collaborate with a team of experienced clinicians
• Utilize evidence-based practices in treatment plans
• Engage in continuous professional development and training
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program
• Current Tennessee license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach

Nice-to-haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation is preferred
