About The Position

We are seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our physician-led team in Morristown, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to work in post-acute care settings alongside a collaborative, compassionate, and highly respected physiatry group focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Our physicians provide consultations and follow-up care throughout the rehabilitation process while working closely with patients, families, rehab teams, physicians, and healthcare leadership. We pride ourselves on maintaining a strong presence within our facilities and being leaders in post-acute rehabilitation care.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Active New Jersey Medical License
• Active DEA and CDS

Responsibilities

• Perform PM&R consultations and follow-up care in post-acute rehab settings
• Round on patients regularly and monitor functional progress
• Collaborate with rehab teams, physicians, facility leadership, and families
• Attend interdisciplinary rehab meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and billing
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within facilities
• Work closely with Physician Assistants, PCPs, Orthopedists, and other providers
