About The Position
We are seeking a Physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) for a Locum Tenens position at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Springfield, MO. The role involves rounding on assigned inpatients, managing admissions and discharges, and providing overnight and weekend call coverage. The average daily volume is 20+ patients, with 3-5 phone consults. The physician will be supported by 2 APPs. This is a supplemental coverage role for the period of June 26, 2026, to July 14, 2026.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- Possess a MO medical license or IMLC
- Ability to manage 10-18 patients per day
- Ability to handle 3-5 phone consults
- Provide overnight and weekend call coverage

- Experience with Epic EMR system
