Responsibilities

  • Manage physical medicine schedule and work closely with physical medicine manager and physical medicine leads to ensure adequate appointment availability
  • Manage roll out of physical medicine schedule template
  • Ensure employee schedule templates are published appropriately in HRIS system
  • Communicates promptly and professionally with members via phone calls and platform messaging
  • Work closely with physical medicine providers and share relevant patient information
  • Coordinate and facilitate physical medicine groups/classes and works with client success manager on marketing, attendance, and logistics
  • Coordinate referrals as necessary
  • Assists with data input of team metrics for reporting purposes
  • Manage inventory tracking and ordering of supplies and ensure appropriate par level
  • Assist with onboarding new providers
  • Assist Host Manager with various tasks and projects and coordinate with other coordinators
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Four year degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of employment in customer service related position
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification may be required
