About the position
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is seeking a Non-Interventional Physiatrist to join its expanding PM&R department. The role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based healthcare focused on non-operative treatments for optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide array of medical conditions including post-stroke amputees, spinal care, traumatic brain injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physiatrists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, pain medicine specialists, and addiction medicine specialists.
- Learn and apply the Kelsey-Seybold method of evidence-based healthcare in practice.
- Focus on non-operative treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved PM&R training program.
- Licensed in the State of Texas.
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
