About The Position
Savannah Vascular Institute, a large vascular surgery physician practice, is seeking a Phone Operator with strong customer service skills to join their growing team. Responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone, scheduling patient's appointments, obtaining precertification's and authorizations, verifying patient's insurance deductibles/ co-insurance, and registering patients into the practice.
Requirements
- Related experience in front office operations
- Verifying insurance benefits
- CPT & ICD-10 coding
