TotalWellness is seeking independent contractors for per diem positions as Phlebotomists/Medical Assistants to conduct health screenings and vaccination events. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to supplement their income with flexible shifts that fit their schedules. The position emphasizes delivering positive health messages to employees at on-site wellness events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health screenings and biometric measurements including blood pressure, height/weight, and BMI.
- Administer vaccinations (for nurses only).
- Perform venipuncture and blood sampling as needed.
- Utilize computer and iPad for data entry and reporting.
- Lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods during events.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinical/medical experience.
- Active license/certifications in relevant healthcare field.
- Proficient in biometric screening skills.
- Comfortable with computer and iPad usage.
Nice-to-haves
