About the position

The candidate must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age and specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span.
• Assesses data reflective of the patient's status.
• Interprets appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements.
• Provides care as described in departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree (Masters) in Pharmacy.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in the state within 90 days of residency start date.
• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
• High level of communication skills.
• Ability to identify complex problems requiring application of scientific or clinical principles.

Nice-to-haves

• Computer skills with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet/Intranet.
• Ability to perform literature searches.
• Combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree.
