About the position
This position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy. The candidate must be able to obtain a pharmacist license within the state of residency by the licensure requirement deadline. Additionally, submission of residency application materials to the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) is necessary. Candidates must also participate in and adhere to the rules of the ASHP Resident Matching Program. Furthermore, the candidate should be a Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a college or school of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education
- Ability to obtain pharmacist license within the state of residency within the licensure requirement deadline
- Submission of residency application materials to Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS)
- Participation in and adherence to the rules of the ASHP Resident Matching Program
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
