The position involves ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies, and local, State, and Federal guidelines. The role includes providing Pharmacy products and services to Customers in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and Company policies and procedures. This includes assisting with processing prescription and/or over-the-counter (OTC) orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information and/or filling prescriptions, and maintaining required documentation. Customer service is a key aspect, which involves acknowledging customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a safe shopping environment. The position also requires operating equipment such as cash registers, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining the Pharmacy area according to Company policies.
