About the position
The Pharmacy Operator I is an entry-level role within the Pharmacy Department, responsible for dispensing ingredients for mixing and granulation. This position works under close supervision and requires knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense all materials as per batch record.
- Record and maintain the production batch records after each batch.
- Review and follow the batch records with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure the pharmacy room is clean, organized, and ready for production.
- Maintain inventory and reconciliation of materials.
- Ensure cleanliness and check calibration status of all scales and balances.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SOPs and cGMP.
- Ability to follow batch records accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
