The Pharmacy Intern provides support to pharmacists, clinical pharmacy specialist and pharmacy leadership in all aspects of providing pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists, clinical pharmacy specialists, and pharmacy leadership in providing pharmacy services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary patient care rounds.
- Conduct admission medication history.
- Provide medication counseling and patient education.
- Offer drug information.
- Assist in drug dosing, preparation, distribution, and medication administration as allowed by law.
