About The Position

Greater Valley Health Center is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pharmacy Courier / Delivery Driver to provide safe, accurate, and timely delivery of prescription medications, pharmacy supplies, lab specimens, and interoffice materials throughout the Flathead Valley. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in medical deliver, courier services, transportation, healthcare support, pharmacy operations, patient services, or delivery driving. The successful candidate will enjoy working, independently, maintaining a flexible schedule, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting patient care. As a Pharmacy Courier, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive their medications safely and on time while supporting pharmacy and clinic operations across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Montana Driver's License.
  • Current proof of insurance.
  • Clean driving record with no moving violations within the last two years.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle protected health information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prescription medications directly to patients' homes using a company vehicle.
  • Perform medical courier and pharmacy delivery services throughout Kalispell, Columbia Falls, and surrounding communities.
  • Transport pharmacy supplies, medical supplies, lab specimens, interoffice mail, and bank deposits.
  • Utilize delivery management software and mobile applications to document deliveries.
  • Follow all HIPAA, pharmacy, and patient confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, fuel records, and vehicle inspection reports.
  • Safely operate company vehicles in varying road and weather conditions.
  • Provide professional customer service to patients, healthcare staff, providers, and community partners.
  • Assist with route coverage and support pharmacy operations as needed.
  • Follow all state, federal, and company safety regulations.
