Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and employees.
• Deliver health and wellness services relevant to patients as allowed by law.
• Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
• Accurately complete reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps.
• Support the coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
• Compound medications according to state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and resources.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings as per regulations and company policies.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure as required by state.
• Any previous comparable experience as a pharmacy technician.
