About The Position
Landmark Pharmacy in Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused pharmacist who is friendly, detail-oriented, and open to growing within an evolving pharmacy environment. Knowledge of Kroll and long-term care is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate, including new graduates. Landmark Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Injection Certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Kroll and long-term care is an asset
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused care and medication counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Deliver clinical services including injections and medication reviews
- Support pharmacy operations including dispensing and workflow management
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
