Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical care to specific patient populations pertinent to the assigned scope of practice.
- Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
- Provides comprehensive medication management (CMM) for patients referred by INTEGRIS Medical Group primary care physicians and employees and their dependents referred from INTEGRIS Health Partners care coordinators.
