About the position

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Specialty Care at Alora Pharmaceuticals is responsible for driving branded prescription sales within a defined territory, focusing on ADHD branded products and additional brands. This role requires building strong relationships with healthcare providers in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care, while promoting the features and benefits of the company's products. The position offers a competitive base salary, benefits, and strong incentive potential linked to sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned territory healthcare providers to inform them about product features and benefits.
• Develop a partnership selling style using promotional literature and selling tools during sales calls.
• Educate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff.
• Continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge through training and collaboration with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A., or B.S.N.) from an accredited college or university.
• At least 18 months of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Strong organization skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills.
