The Personal Stylist is responsible for building and managing a personal book of clients, delivering highly personalized styling services, and driving repeat business through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role creates meaningful, long-term customer connections by understanding individual style preferences and curating tailored product recommendations. When not engaging with personal clients, this role will create an engaging, storytelling experience for every customer who walks through the door. The Personal Stylist will act as a product expert, leveraging extensive product knowledge and training to deliver elevated service and drive sales through impactful customer interactions. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
  • Full-time positions require open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
  • Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.).
  • Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
  • Walking and moving to assist customers, retrieve merchandise and recover the store.
  • Lifting and carrying, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
  • Ability to reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
  • Vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and tasks that require attention to detail.
  • Ability to use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and grow Wrangler Brand client base, through exceptional service, relationship management, and proactive engagement.
  • Enhance client relationships through instore events and proactive outreach, highlighting new merchandise, promotions and style offerings.
  • Schedule and host personalized styling appointments, offering curated outfit recommendations based on client preferences.
  • Drive repeat business by maintaining ongoing communication and delivering consistent, high-touch service.
  • Engage walk-in customers by initiating conversation and delivering a welcoming, service-driven experience.
  • Provide in-the-moment styling recommendations using storytelling and product expertise.
  • Assist customers in fitting rooms and guide them through outfitting and purchase decisions.
  • Support team selling efforts during peak traffic and high-volume periods.
  • Create a personalized, engaging shopping experience for every client through storytelling and styling expertise.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend complete outfits, ensuring the right fit, style, and product selection.
  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Consistently achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Build brand loyalty through memorable, elevated customer interactions.
  • Develop deep knowledge of all products, including fit, fabrication, performance features, and styling versatility.
  • Complete all required training programs and stay current on new product launches and trends.
  • Serve as a product expert, confidently guiding both customers and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
