About the position

The Personal Lines Account Manager position at WAHVE offers experienced insurance professionals the opportunity to work remotely while managing client accounts in the Personal Lines sector. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service, allowing individuals to leverage their extensive insurance knowledge in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Personal Lines client accounts with a focus on building and strengthening relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks.
  • Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Obtain and review quotes for insurance policies.
  • Bind and check policies as needed.
  • Request endorsements for existing policies.

Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience in the insurance industry.
  • 10 years of current Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • Experience using agency management systems such as Epic, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Epic management system is preferred.
