Thompson Law LLP is seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time position involves managing both pre-litigation and litigation cases, guiding clients from initial consultation through resolution, whether by settlement or trial. The attorney will serve as the primary legal advocate for injury victims, ensuring high-quality service and support throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advocate for injury victims, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service throughout their cases.
• Manage case intake, evidence gathering, medical records management, and settlement negotiations during the pre-litigation phase.
• Lead litigation efforts for cases progressing to trial, including thorough case preparation, filings, motions, and court representation.
• Collaborate with and mentor a team of legal professionals, contributing to a supportive team environment focused on client-centered service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to drive successful case outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with at least 4 years in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple cases and collaborating across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
