About The Position

Nest & Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need, making a positive impact on people's lives. Professional caregivers, also known as homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, and direct care workers, are essential in providing care within the comfort of clients' homes. This agency is independently owned and operated.

Requirements

CNA or CMT certification.
At least one (1) year of caregiving experience working in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.
Caregivers with no attendance issues.
Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in the lives of their clients.

Responsibilities

Perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures.
Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients being serviced.
Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
