About The Position

The Personal Banker represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate services to customers. This role aims to expand the customer base through technical knowledge of retail services, products, and selling techniques. The Personal Banker opens a variety of business and consumer deposit accounts after determining customer needs. They also perform Teller job functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, cashier checks, and money orders, as well as processing account holds. Additionally, the role involves resolving a variety of customer complaints and inquiries and maintaining contact with customers through telephone or written communication as required.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
