Selected candidates will undergo a 9-week onboarding and education program, including rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, to become a Retail Personal Banker II. A certification at the program's conclusion will assess the skills needed for success in the Retail Personal Banker job family. The Retail Personal Banker II role is a sales-focused position emphasizing sales development and relationship building through the promotion of deposits, loans, fee-based services, and customer retention. This role involves selling a full range of banking products and services to meet customer needs, providing specialized care, and utilizing a consultative sales and service process with staff interaction for referrals. Responsibilities include risk management through open communication, adherence to policies, and ensuring positive customer experiences by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.
