About The Position

Jackson Dawson is seeking a full-time Concierge for a unique opportunity based in Dallas, TX, supporting a national concierge program for a leading automotive OEM. This role focuses on guiding dealership partners in delivering an elevated purchase experience for performance-focused customers—from initial interest through vehicle ownership. The Concierge acts as a central support resource, helping dealers build customer confidence while reinforcing that the dealer remains the primary relationship owner. Success in this role requires operational precision, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in automotive, dealership operations, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer support environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work in a disciplined, process-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with dealer network dynamics is preferred.
  • Interest in performance vehicle culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a centralized point of contact for selected performance dealers.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for all inbound leads and customer activity.
  • Provide clear lead summaries and visibility into customer engagement for dealer teams.
  • Track the full customer lifecycle from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.
  • Support reporting requirements and ensure KPI compliance.
  • Assist with dealer communication toolkits and follow-up frameworks.
  • Maintain strong dealer relationships and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Reinforce the philosophy that the dealer is the primary customer relationship owner, with concierge support enhancing their success.
  • Conduct structured outreach to performance-focused customers as needed.
  • Support follow-up cadence throughout order and production stages.
  • Share milestone updates in alignment with dealer direction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM to ensure full transparency for dealer partners.
