The Resident Advisor at 1 Method Center plays a crucial role in supporting clients in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct care support to the elderly population preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Nice-to-haves
- Associates degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
- Experience in senior care is a plus.
