About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst / Finance Analyst with strong expertise in Finance and extensive experience in PeopleSoft Finance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementation, transformation, and reorganization projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and experience working with global customers. The candidate should possess functional expertise in finance processes and ERP implementation, particularly in PeopleSoft Finance. A technical background is acceptable but not required.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirements gathering and guide technical resources/developers in their tasks.
- Implement and integrate various finance systems including TAX systems and procurement systems.
- Manage the implementation of Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Project Costing finance processes.
- Oversee the conversion of open Purchase Orders (POs) and Accounts Payable (AP) invoices.
- Lead reorganization projects impacting financial systems.
- Create new Chartfields and ensure systems alignment including open balances and open items.
- Work with impacted modules including T&E, AP, BI, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Payroll.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Finance.
- Good experience in PeopleSoft Finance.

- Excellent communication skills and experience with global customers.
- Functional expertise in finance processes and ERP implementation.
