About the position

The People Services Coordinator role at Ricoh involves administering and coordinating local HR processes and tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. This position aims to create an outstanding employee experience by managing queries, processing HR invoices, and supporting various HR activities, including onboarding and employee relations. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate local HR processes for employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage queries triaged from the EMEA People Services and Operations team.
  • Coordinate Employee Relations and Centre of Expertise queries.
  • Process HR invoices to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Support the TUPE process and compliance letters for contingent workers.
  • Source information for tenders from internal stakeholders.
  • Complete employee vetting checks and manage vetting portals.
  • Liaise with the local Fleet Manager regarding vehicle/car allowances.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Support local HR activities for worker onboarding and pre-onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a demanding People function.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK onboarding processes and workforce administration.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
  • Good working knowledge of HR practices including recruitment and talent management.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to work with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards.
  • Team player willing to collaborate and share best practices.
