The People Operations Senior Analyst, Compensation owns the operational delivery and continuous improvement of global compensation processes and programs. This role applies deep compensation knowledge and systems thinking to manage complex processes, including compensation cycles, job architecture, and data integrity. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role partners with Compensation, People Technology, Finance, and People and Culture stakeholders. This role will deliver scalable solutions, ensure compliance, and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of compensation operations. #LI-Hybrid
