We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator that will support talent attraction, recruiting operations, onboarding coordination, employee experience initiatives, and People Team programs across the organization. This role serves as a key connector between candidates, employees, hiring managers, and People Team stakeholders by helping create organized, positive, and engaging experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. The People Operations Coordinator will support recruiting logistics, orientation coordination, employee engagement initiatives, internship programming, community outreach activities, and onboarding processes while helping maintain a high level of responsiveness, organization, and professionalism. This role requires someone who is relationship-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating positive experiences for both candidates and employees.
